Who we are

Punjab Roots Realty is a real estate channel partner with an office at SCO 26, 2nd Floor, Ganpati Enclave, Bathinda, Punjab 151001. These terms cover your use of this website and the enquiries you send through it. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What we do

Developers appoint us to market and sell their projects at the developer's own price list. We are not the builder or the seller of these projects, and we are not a listing portal. On developer inventory the developer pays us, so you pay no brokerage. For resale property, or a paid service such as the NRI desk concierge, our fee is agreed with you in writing before any work starts.

Project information and prices

Project details, prices, payment plans, photographs and availability come from the developers and from listings on Jameen Deal. They can change without notice, and prices on this website are indicative. Nothing on this website is an offer or a booking. Only the developer's own documents, such as the allotment letter and the registered agreement, create a binding commitment between you and the developer. Check a project's RERA registration on the Punjab RERA website before you book.

Payments

We never receive any part of a property's price. Payments go to the developer, the seller or an escrow account, from your bank and in your name. If anyone asks you to pay the price into a Punjab Roots Realty account, or to pay in cash, do not pay, and tell us at once. Fees for our own services are invoiced to you separately, after you have agreed them in writing.

General information, not advice

The guides, the NRI process page and the cost calculator give general information. Figures from the calculator are indicative, not a quote. Stamp duty, FEMA, RERA and tax rules change, so take advice from your own advocate and chartered accountant before you transact. Where we introduce an advocate from our panel, the advocate advises you directly, and the advocate's fee is the advocate's, quoted to you in writing beforehand.

Your enquiries

Please give accurate details when you send an enquiry. You agree that we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry and about related projects. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will. How we collect, use and protect your details is set out in our privacy policy.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own property search. Please do not copy its content for commercial use, collect it with automated tools, send false or spam enquiries, or try to break or overload the website.

Content and trademarks

The text, design, logo, photographs and videos on this website belong to Punjab Roots Realty, or to the developers and creators who allow us to use them. Project names and logos belong to their developers.

Other websites

Links to Jameen Deal, Google Maps, Instagram, WhatsApp and developer websites are there for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it is always free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on project information a developer supplies or changes, from other websites, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bathinda, Punjab have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
